Inventory

Somati Services can draw up an inventory of all fire extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, emergency lighting, etc. Each object is labelled with a unique barcode. All the relevant data about the object are entered with a portable scanner. Then, this barcode is linked with a place in the building. As a result, you have a complete overview of all your first intervention equipment per building. During the annual maintenance, a checklist is completed per object. You receive a summary list in Excel.

You can also ask Somati Services to manage your data. Then, you can use your own PC, via the internet, to log on to our server, consult all the data and print out reports.
